Profile still not live despite acadfb saying it is, not answering my email (3rd TIME!!!) RRS feed

We submitted your request to create your profile when you originally contacted us; however, due to some technical difficulties there has been a delay in processing requests created author profiles. We expect the author profile to be processed soon and available on the live website. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we understand the importance of your request.

    following up on this, now 7 months in, my profile is sill not existent and my publications still assigned to someone else. Please correct this.
