My free subscription expired,so I went site to and paid for new subscription,but It still says my computer is at risk and I need to subscribe,but when I go to site it confirms I already subscribed.Does it not automatically update my computer? Ken
1. It can take up to 24 hours for OneCare to update to reflect changes to your subscription. 2. If after 24 hours nothing has changed, try the following steps:
Check that your computer's date and time is correct.
Ensure that the LiveID shown in Help -> About matches the one you used to purchase OneCare. Sign in to http://billing.microsoft.com/ with that LiveID to make sure you purchased OneCare with that ID.
