Sub Folder For Site Map RRS feed

    I running a asp.net web app as my site.  I am also using Godaddy.com for the hosting.  My problem is I have to use a sub folder from the root folder in order to run my application.  MSN Live Site Map only allows a site map for the root folder.  Besides coping and pasting a site map into the root folder is there another way to do this because my site map is generated dynamically.  This is a huge because its one less this I have to do.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
