    Bot framework introduced is really a good initiative from Microsoft and developing product on top of this will add a value to your business. You can create a bot on top of it. E.g., if you are running an online store, you can create a bot where user can ask questions and you can push automated answers along with rich text/media along with link to get the user landed on your website... obviously getting your ROI increased. Further beauty is to go for a single code base for multiple channels..... But still few bugs are there that need to be fixed/tested
