Recent activity is not getting updated RRS feed

  • HI All


    I got a strange problem, today my recent activity is not getting updated at all, is there any reason why this happens.......

    Any help on this is much appreciated.


    Additional information, I am using Chrome browser.

    The recent activity started working again.....

    Irony is, the total activity done my be on 20-Jul to 21-JUl (til now) is lost..... 

    I hope this wont occur in the future.......

  • Very strange and shocking, during 20-Jul to 21-JUl i should have gain more then 120 recognition points due to my approved answers and participations, microsoft should be able to recover these point for us as my total answers in last 30 days gets updated correctly.

  • I believe they are working on the problem - hopefully it will be resolved. I just want to point out, that even after it started working again I found a case of missing calculation and activity. I will prefer to have all my answers counted and all points properly accumulated - even if they are worthless, still, the more, the better.

  • To follow up on this, we did identify the issue and have taken steps to avoid the issue occuring again. We also still have the data that hasn't been processed by the recognition system (7/20-21) and we are preparing to restore those activities and points. So hang in there, the team is actively working on it.

    How about missing activity even after 7/21? Say, in my case I found several cases of missing activity even after that period of everyone's loss.

  • We've begun replaying the data from last week back into recognition. Give it 24 hours to make sure everything is up to date before letting me know we got it wrong. :)
