My Windows wont completely start up

Question
-
I have tried to start my windows but it will not completely install. I reviewed some previous post and tried to bring up the diagnosis but it wouldn't even all me to do that. I believe its a new anti virus I have installed and I didnt update my Vista. However I cant even get access to my programs to remove the anti virus and complete an update to Vista. Please provide me with some assitance to get my computer back to healthy.Friday, July 6, 2012 1:43 AM
