How do I let email router access the CRM Server when Claims based authentication is enabled? RRS feed

  • I am using on-premise dynamics 2011.The email router works ok with CRM server when Claims based authentication is turned off.

    But when  I enable Claims based authentication, I see a error like : Could not verify the version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM at https://xxxxx. Secure channel cannot be opened because security negotiation with the remote endpoint has failed

    (The system was setup by people who are no longer around)

    How do I let email router access the CRM Server when Claims based authentication is enabled?

    I looked at the document about setting up claims-based auth (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41701) but I don't see anything about enabling email router.

    Any ideas are appreciated !
