Windows Photo Gallery Automatic Update RRS feed

  • Question

  • Ive been using an old verson of Photo Gallery for a long time then suddenly, over the course of today, (since i use photo gallery a lot) it was updated to this new version of it and I had to change my default program for all of png/jpg files. I make a point to not have any type of updates or changes to my computer occur without me knowing. All updating services from windows are disabled. Why did this happen, how do I get my old shit back and how do I diasble these automatic updates.

  • This forum is for questions and discussions about the TechNet Wiki. For help with configuring updates (and why you got updates), I would ask here:

You can click "Show filters" near the top and select your version of Windows. Then click on "Participate" at the top of the page and select "Ask a Question".

For help recovering photos, perhaps ask here:

Again, click "Show filters" near the top and select your version of Windows, then click on "Participate".
