Unable to retreive my MCTS Certificate

  I had given MCTS .Net 2.0 Web Application Development Certifcation(70-536 and 70-528)

  I am unable to retreive my MCTS Certificate since the email id which I had given was my official email id and since now i am no longer working there so unable to retreive my MCTS Certificate

  Moreover the Access code which was originally given is not working because it must have expired after the 90 days period

  How to request for new Access Code and get email on my gmail id
