    Hi Forum ,

    I do have a quick  question as bellow scenario

    in CRM 2011 the currency is US dollars  , our banking is in Canadian dollars.

    In GP we want that the Amount  coming from CRM(US dollars) should be converted to Canadian dollars in GP.

    Question : in order to achieve above ,Do we have to make a change in CRM or in GP ?

    I think this depends on whether your GP is multi-currency and you are invoicing in both USD and Canadian Dollars.

    If you are then you should add Canadian Dollars to CRM in the settings area. Then for any records that involve money (such as Quotes, Orders etc)  in CRM, set the currency to Canadian Dollars.

    Depending on whether you use the product catalog you will also have to create price lists and price lists items in Canadian Dollars.

    If your GP is integrated with CRM using the Dynamics connector (or  a similar product) you will only need to configure the product catalog in GP or CRM and then the changes will flow to the other system.

    You should probably engage with a local consultant who can advise on your specific scenario.
