Landscape with Clear Sky - Stitching problems RRS feed

  • Question

  • Have taking images of a landscape scene however parts of image are perfect clear sky.  When Stitching ICE does not recognize this as part of a scene and excludes these parts resulting in "black holes " in the sky

  • Good evening,

I'm also experiencing missing sky images when stitching together pictures that contain perfectly clear skies.

As a specific example, my Parrot Anafi drone takes 40 pictures (10 columns by 4 rows) in a serpentine pattern.

No matter what settings I use pictures 1, 8, 9, 16, 17, 24, 25, 32, 33, & 40 are omitted if the sky is clear. If there is a plane's trail through these pictures, they are processed and included.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

As an aside, has Microsoft stopped development on this excellent program?

An another side question, how do I verify my account, so that I can post screen prints of what I'm experiencing?

    Have a great day! :-)
