Windows Live Mail crashed. RRS feed

    After many years with Windows 7 and using Windows Live Mail, the email crashed and we could no longer send or receive email. We had no problems or received any notice that we needed to change how we would get email. Can I change to Outlook for free with windows 7 and what other options do I have?

    Hello,

    Windows Live Mail is now supported in the Windows Live Mail section of Microsoft's Community forums.

    You could also ask in the Outlook.com forum on Microsoft Community.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

    Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
