  • Hello haseleyHuw,

    Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

    OGA Data-->
    Office Status: 100 Genuine
    Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003 - 100 Genuine
    OGA Version: Registered, 2.0.48.0
    Signed By: Microsoft
    Office Diagnostics: B4D0AA8B-604-645_025D1FF3-230-1_025D1FF3-238-2_025D1FF3-258-3_E2AD56EA-765-d003_E2AD56EA-766-0_E2AD56EA-134-80004005

    The report is telling us that your installation of Office Small Business 2003 is a genuine installation of an OEM license for Office.

    If you are seeing activation or nongenuine notices, then this is an indicator that the Office license file has been corrupted or damaged in some way.

    To correct this problee, please work thru the Methods listed in this MS KB article:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903275/

    Most people in your situation tell us that running the MS FixIt in Method 2 takes care of the problem.

    Please post back to let us know if it works for you :-)
