• Question

  • Hi,

I recently bought a laptp from evesham and bought office pre-installed on it. The version it came with was microsoft office basic 2007 with office professional 2007 trial.

when i open office, it prompts me to input my product key, which i found on the box, which has a certificate of authenticity on the inside. However, when i type the key in it says 'the key is incorrect, verify that you have the correct key and then re-type it.

I have phoned evesham tech support who fobbed me off by saying it was a microsoft problem and then hanging up. so i phoned the microsoft helpline who said that it was evesham and that they cannot help me.

someone must be able to help me?

    i am running windows vista.

    please can someone help me?
