    Question

  • Dear Support,

    How do I get support with this partner news group site?  I have been using the Microsoft newsgroups for years, back with Outlook Express and now I'm have a problem that I don't understand. 

    When I click on "My Treads" I get only one of my post on the web page and it's not even the latest one.  A few days ago I had 20 of so in my list.  I would very much like to get these back as the answers to several issues that I post for my clients are documented in these missing post.

    Please advise as to what could have happen and/or provide a support number I can call to get this resolved.

    You could try this http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/help for
    some answers or use the Contact Us at the bottom of the page.  If you're
    trying to read the forums through a newsreader like Outlook Express or
    Windows Live Mail, then I would suggest trying this bridge instead of
    the Microsoft Offering http://communitybridge.codeplex.com
