Unable to see default CRM report RRS feed

  • Dear all,

    I have to issue when using my CRm:

    First I cannot see the default CRM report like for INvoice for instance and order that I am intended to use

    Second, when trying to create a new report from Report Wizard type, I get an error saying that CRM report component is noit installed, even I have installed it. I have install the CRM repot comonent on same server where CRM is installed but no help

  • SRS data connector comes with CRM cd and this is required for the interaction of CRM with SQL reporting service.

    if you go into the \Server\amd64 folder, you will see a folder called 'SrsDataConnector' (please check, not sure)

  • Hi Serge,

    Have you installed SRS Data Connector? Check this in Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs.

    If not then install it from the media from where you installed the server.

  • Does this SRS Data Connector is the key to get default report visible ?

    From which medis does it come from CRM Cd or SQL server ?
