Mouse Pointer flickers When sharing with ShareView RRS feed

    Iv installed ShareView becouse I coulden't get remote asistance working throuth my router. My current problem is that when I share my desktop my mouse pointer flickers.

     

    If aneyone has aney suggestions on how to get ether program working correctly I could sure use the help.

    Hi,

     

    I have a couple of suggestions:

    • Please try upgrading to the latest video drivers for your video card
    • Try adjusting the acceleration settings for your video card.  On Vista, this is on the display settings control panel under "Advanced settings" on the Troubleshoot tab.
