  • A LabVIEW executable or installer built in a Windows 8 supported version of LabVIEW may be able to run successfully on Windows 8, but you should test your executable or installer to ensure compatibility. For previously built installers, ensure that any run-time engine or drivers being deployed are supported in Windows 8 and keep in mind that folder paths may have changed from previous versions of Windows.
