Trouble Downloading and opening software from msdn subscription

Hi sir..i Got MSDN subscription and not able to download anything from that..because whenever i am clicking on download option it is downloading with Chrome or firefox downloader. And the file of 3 Gb can't be downloaded with that downloaders...I tried copying the url to IDM but then resume option is not enabling...no resume option is coming...I even tried in Internet Explorer but page is not opening..Error coming "An argument error occurred. Please try again. Reference Id: E6AD5A7C".....Please help me regarding this
