Are you referring to the Computer object for the CRM Server, or the CRM Active Directory Groups ?
In either case, I've not tried this, but I don't see any reason why you can't. CRM refers to the CRM Active Directory Groups by their Active Directory ID, which I would assume does not change if you move an object into a different OU.
Ideally I'd suggest you test it in a test environment. The tests I'd do are:
- Recycle the CrmAppPool application pool
- Create a new user (as this involves accessing AD)
- Run a report
- Create a new report
