Yet another Office 2003 validation problem

Question
-
WGA has been throwing up problems with my Office Pro 2003 purchased in 2006. Diagnostic report follows.
Three questions:
1) if the disks aren't counterfeit, but someone reselling volume licensed stuff illicitly, it is possible to get a complimentary replacement or am I just out the $$?
2) if I have to mail the software package in, where is it to be mailed?
3) what happens to my Office suite when the days countdown on the popup reaches 0 ?

Office Pro 2003 is a Volume Licensing edition of Office 2003 not authorized for sale to individuals, and it was installed with a Volume Licensing Key that was generated by a pirating program known as a "key generator" or keygen for short. In other words, the Volume Licensing Product Key used to install this copy of Office was made up by a pirating program that generates Product Keys that can unlock software; this Product Key was never an official Product Key issued by Microsoft.
IMO your first course of action should be to contact the seller of Office 2003 and inform them that you will be returning your software for a full refund because it is pirated software. As an individual consumer, the seller should never have sold you a Volume Licensing edition of Office, and certainly should not have sold you any software with pirated "keygen" Product Keys. DO NOT settle for getting another Product Key for Office that might work for a while---your seller has already cheated you once, why give them a second chance to cheat you again.
Once you have received your refund, please purchase your Office software from a name-brand, reputable local or online store.
If the above does not work out, you can review the Office Genuine Offer FAQ to see if you qualify for a discounted or complimentary copy of Office directly from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FAQ.aspx?displaylang=en#ID0EKNAC

I do not know the answer to this question. All the info I have about the Office Genuine Offer is what is shown in the FAQ. You may be able to get a better answer at the WGA Customer Support page here: http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactwga If you do get a good answer, please come back here and tell us about it! :-)
You wrote, "if I have to mail the software package in, where is it to be mailed?" Start with the prompts from the Office Genuine Advantage Notifications utility that you are seeing, click on Learn More, and then follow the path for submitting a piracy report and further down that path the prompts for submitting your materials.
You wrote, "what happens to my Office suite when the days countdown on the popup reaches 0 ?" Not much. You will see occasional nag screens and an extra menu item for Getting Genuine, but you will not lose any documents, data, or functionality.
