I have some issues with a CRM client:
The outbound e-mail for the CRM user is configured as "Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook" but if I open the outlook menu CRM/Options/E-mail tab I can't see the usual checkbox to allow the incoming and outgoing e-mail through Outlook.
The other issue (I think both are related) I can't throw mail merge from this client, the mail merge options didn't appear (like if I were executing CRM form Web client).
If I run the Configuration Wizard, it works fine again, but 6 or 7 minutes later the checkbox and mail merge options disappear again...
Is a local machine issue because there are alot of users wih the same security role.
Any ideas?
