I just had a pop-up asking me to help with this Forum feedback when finished. [Technet]
I said YES, cos I am nice like that, the page opened, here is the response:

Actually this survey popup is something like a "captcha", to prove you see it and can click it off, or foil bots. (as anything devised by MS, it works only so-so... but perfectly annoys users).
Earlier, when one clicked to accept the survey, it would say: thank you but the survey is full / closed now, not available in your region, etc, maybe next time.

That one for me renders the very unhelpful "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later."
