Adding a computer to my current subscription RRS feed

  • I had the 90 day free trial on both my laptop and desk top. I renewed my subscription on my desk top. When I try to add my laptop to the same subscription I keep getting prompted to give my credit card info. Why? I have removed the onecare from my laptop and reinstalled it 3 times with the same result. What do I need to do to just add this laptop to my subscription?
