Dear Microsoft, I am urgently trying to obtain assistance as my computer crashed after installing the last automatic update. I no longer have access to my files. I just called your technical support in the U.S. and have been told that they are not allowed to assist me as I do not live in north America. I thought Microsoft was an international company. I now have to wait for your customer service center to open in the morning which means that I will waste another 6 hours waiting. I am very disapointed and also hope that one of your Belgian employees can at least speak English.
