I am recieving error after error in setting up this OneCare software that was recommended for my Vista HP Touchsmart by a Best Buy rep. Please give me a direct support number that I can call to help me finish setting up. Thank you.

The error 80070652 means "another installation is already in progress".
Can you try to reboot and try again?
