This information is stored within the Web Components role. You can check the current locations by opening the OCS Management Snap-In and selecting the Pool name.
In the right pane you can open the box "meeting settings". In that box there are 2 settings named "Presentation Folder" and "Presentation MetaData folder". Thats the location where all Live Meeting content is stored.
As far as I know this location can only be changed with re-installing the Web Components role and selecting the new locations within that installation. Perhaps it can also be done with and lcscmd.exe command but I'm still looking for some documentation on how that tool exactly works so we can put it to good use.
