    I have figured this out! Thank God! Here's the solution:

     

    Control Panel

    Network Connection 

    Whichever connection you're on, right-click and select PROPERTIES

    Internet Protocol Version 4

    Properties

    General tab

    Click the FOURTH button

    Under Preferred DNS server, type 4.2.2.2

    Under Alternate DNS server, type 4.2.2.3

    Click ok 

    Close

    Restart your browser.

     

    This works. I guarantee it!
