Remote Desktop Connection Option Missing

Hi!

I have problem using Remote Desktop Connection because I am trying to find the "Options" to enable the connection and I am using Windows 8.1. Is it available for my OS or I need to upgrade my Laptop to Windows 8.1 Pro?
