PROBLEM WITH GENUINE MICROSOFT WINDOW!!! RRS feed

  • I install Windows XP SP3 RC2 that day and the activation window say the number of use of my product key has been exceed.But I install XP SP3 RC2 in my laptop with NO problem at all.Can this be virus or install imcomplete/corrupt file?

    I can download update/files from microsoft website with validate sucessfully.Is the mean my window genuine?I got try to validate in microsoft website but say my computer have to activate window fisrt.I buy this computer with pre-installed Windows XP Professional SP2 in a shop a long time ago.Can you tell me what is included(example CD)in new computer?Where to find COA or window product key?

    1. Download and run the MGA Diagnostic Tool: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

     

    2. After running the MGA Diagnostic Tool, click on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy".

     

    3. Next, visit the following website and create a post in the "WGA Validation Problems" forum and paste the results of the WGA Diagnostic Data in a detailed post. http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/default.aspx?SiteID=25

     

    4. A WGA troubleshooting specialist will analyze the data and recommend an appropriate solution.
