The issue may be caused by conflict. I recommend delete OGALogon from the schedule task and test the issue. We can refer to the following steps.1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Scheduled Tasks.
2. Right click OGALogon.job and delete it.
3. Restart the computer to test the issue.
