removed and installed new software RRS feed

  • I just purchased the new release of onecare at the store.  I removed the old release that I installed and then installed the new release.  during installation it never came back and asked for the product key.  It still shows that I need to renew my onecare software.  How do I get around this problem?

  • Hello wayne1, open One Care and select "Renew". When you get to the payment page select"Pre-paid PIN or Token" and enter the 25 digit product key.
