  • It depends of you email architecture. If you will send email from CRM it will have Token and when it will come back it will return to sender mailbox (I agree with Alex) but if Outlook Client or Exchange Email Router will check token it will promote email to CRM. Here you can write own workflow to trigger any logic in side CRM.

  • Hi Ahmet,

    Out of the box there is no functionality that handles bounce backs (both soft and hard bounce backs).  The bounce backs (the undeliverable emails) are simply returned to the 'from' email address used in the emails.  If such functionality is desired custom code OR an addon needs to be purchased.
