Have been trying for more than two months to install the November 2015 update without success. Have tried the update trouble shooter a number of times. The download gets to about 35% and then states HP Protect Tools Security Manager, Device Access
Manager for HP and Privacy Manager for HP Tools need to be uninstalled. However the system will not even allow the programs to be uninstalled.
The laptop I am using does not have a great memory but there is little in the way of programs stored anyway as I wish to pass it over to a youngster in our village and would like to ensure that it is working properly before hand.
There seems to be a general consensus of opinion, on various forums, that Windows 10 update is knocking programs out right, left and centre! (Don't know how much time wasted or electricity but download keeps persisting to try and download!)
