    Hi,

    How do I edit the heading of a entity?  Currently it only display the "Name" (Ivan), but I want to append his surname too.

    Hello,

    By default CRM shows primary field as a header and this behavior can't be changed in supported way. So my suggestion - recreate entity creating 3 separated fields - fullname, first name and last name. Put first and last name on form and create and add script that will concatenate first name and last name into fullname.
