If I understand correctly, you deleted a mount point under C:\FS? You won't have lost any files doing so. If you don't plan to go back to Windows Home Server, though, just delete all the mount points there and give all your drives drive letters.
I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)- Proposed as answer by kariya21Moderator Saturday, January 10, 2009 4:05 PM

You speak from which operating system? From Windows Home Server or an attached client (where you could find the folder in older backups of the client from which you deleted the folder)?
Where did the folder come from - did you create it?
If you deleted something on the OS partition, the possibility is high, that the free area has been overwritten, so that the recovery tools could not find and recover anything any more. It isn't in the recycle bin?
With Vista you would have Previous versions (if enabled), which allow you to get back deleted files from Volume Shadow Copies (Right click the drive and select the Previous Versions tab, if this is the case). With XP the data may be lost.

Im sorry for beein a bit quick posting my problem.
Im using WHS - well I was, until I installed Windows Server in order to test it. However kept all WHS files and folders until I somehow deleted this C folder on c:\.
I have later empty the Recycle Bin so I want find it there.
I thought Easy Recovery would run since it did on WHs, but no.
Was this of more help....?

And you know now, what makes Windows Home Server kind of unique in the Windows Server world ...
I still don't understand, where you deleted the folder, where this folder came from and which OS is running on the system, on which you deleted the folder (or did you simply move it into a subfolder by a missed double click?).
Previous versions in the Properties of a drive you get offered in Vista and Server 2003/2008, if configured that way (for Server 2003 only if accessing the properties of a folder in a share).
