    I just got the message I've seend from a few others where the firewall is trying to block the user agent gtcc.exe  I've read the threads here (showing it should be fine and a known issue), but as I didn't write down the full file location, should I be concerned?

    After doing a search, there is only one gtcc.exe on my system, so I don't think its a spoofed / malware file.  Is there a log where this information might have been recorded (so I can confirm the full file path)?  The application isn't listed in the Firewall list, so I can't get the details from there either.

    Yes, gtcc.exe is part of OneCare. And it should not be requesting access to the Internet, as it should be allowed by default already. You may be able to find the details in the support log - Change Settings/logging tab, create support log, firewall section.
