    My other computer has been infected by a virus and kept trying to remove it using avg but doesn't remove permanently . I tried to enter microsoft.com on my other computer but its blocked. why is that?

            I'm sorry you have a wrong place posted. This forum is support Microsoft Fix it Center automated troubleshooting tool. Your issue was not appears to be a relate "Fix it Center(Mr.Fix it)" application.
