PS 2007 with August 2009 CU
Some users get the error message "While communicating with the Project Server an error occurred. Check connectivity with your administrator to determine if further action is necessary."
This blocks the queue with the below error message:

This is an intermittent error and the particular action that took place to trigger this problem is unknown.
