Problems w/ sync CRM with Outlook Client RRS feed

    I have a CRM Small Business Edition installed.  One of our machines died and we had to reinstall the user's applications.  Now when the user tries to navigate (in Outlook client) to CRM->Options->Set this computer to be the Synchronizing client an error is thrown:  "An error has occurred.  For more information, contact your system administrator."  I don't see anything in the event logs.  Does anyone have any ideas?

    I take it from your post that you had to reinstall the OS on the machine.  Did you reset the machine account before you joined it to the domain?

    And, are there any problems in resolution to DNS, SQL, NBT?
