Getting started with CE 6.0 device drivers

I'm trying to write a device driver for a PCI card that we have. The PCI card will sit in a PCI slot on a Windows CE 6.0 CEPC machine. I'm not sure how I should begin this process. Pointers to the right forum to ask a question on would be great.
