How to change Minecraft username?

  Mojang recently launched Minecraft Bedrock on Nintendo Switch, so I decided to download it. It asked me to make a Microsoft account, so I did. I followed the instructions and signed in, but it said my gamertag was "JuniorDwarf6565". It gave no option to change it in Game, tried to edit it in my Microsoft account settings but to no avail. I looked it up and found nothing. I'd really like to play MC but I don't want to have this random username I never even chose. Can someone help? Thanks
