  • OneCare Moderator,

I've called Microsoft and they just point me to you.  My Company is a Microsoft Volume Licensing member.  I have downloaded the OneCare from our site but can't seem to find a key to activate it.  Can you help me with this or is OneCare not a part of the Volume Licensing agreement?

    Thank You!!

  • Why would you be sent here for help? Who did you call? As a VL member, you should have a contact for that program. I suspect that OneCare is not included as it is mainly a consumer product. The addition of OneCare for Server in the SBS environment is the only other subscription that I'm aware of.

Thanks Steve.....yeah I don't know why they sent me here either.  But they did...they sent me directly to this forum...which made no sense to me.  I'll try again I guess.  It's just that usually if we have a link to download an App. via our VL site...we have a key for the App as well.  With this there is none.  I'll keep searching though....thanks again!!
