WebApi with .net core 2.0 and User Profiling RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Guys,

I'm working on a small project that I will use as template for further developments.

Its a WebApi with these characteristics:

    1) Use .Net Core 2.0
    2) Use Identity
    3) Use Bearer Token

I will use this template to create the next apps I'm going to develop and it will expose all the methods
in order to implement authorization and security.

    My question is:

Suppose I have to profile the User by implementind different information at DB Level.
    What I have to do?

Do I have to use Claim and create different claims for the informations I have to manage or do I have
to extend IdentityUser by creating a custom ApplicationUser ?

    Thanks to support
