Trying to reinstall program on computer RRS feed

    Trying to reinstall program on computer
    my computer crashed...I reinstalled xp...using disk came with my computer
    I then tried to reinstall the cyberlink  solution cd that also came with my computer
    I get a error message from the cyber cd...stating it will only install on dell computer
    My computer is a dell using the reinstall software that came with it...but cyberlink will not exc.
    beyond this point....what can I do .
