error signature whenever I log off the internet

  Please help. Recently, I downloaded SP2, then realized you had to update to IE 7, So, I updated to IE 7, now when I log off the internet each time, I get an error message.

  AppName iexplore.exe

  AppVer 7.0.60000.16544

  ModName ntdll.dll

  ModVer 5.1.2600.2180

  Offset 00001010

   

  Can anyone help me to get rid of this error each time? I went to google and re-downloaded both a second time, thinking maybe one was corrupt, but I still get the error each time I log off the internet.
