    im an action  pack subcriber doing tests in virtual pc wondering if there is a way to relase the validation keys prior to scrapping the old vpc?

    Not really - What you should do is copy the file created for the VM, and use the copy for testing, rather than the original. You can then discard the copy as often as required.
