windows 7 SP 1 wont installl 0x800f826 RRS feed

    Title says my problem...........

     

    I have installed Kb976902,and when i run windows update it does not find SP 1, so i download KB976932, it will install and when the green bar makes it all the way to the right, it hangs for about five mins., then pc will reboot and it starts to update then stops at 2% and thats it.............. It does not install do the the error in the title screen..
