    I BOUGHT A WIRELESS 800 DESKTOP KEYBOARD AND MOUSE, BUT THE KEYS FOR THE SPEAKERS DON'T WORK, WHY? I HAVE HAD THIS FOR ONLY A FEW MONTHS  THESE KEYS NEVER WORKED FOR ME.

    Hello,

    I'd ask in the Hardware and Drivers forum on Microsoft Community.As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

    Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
