No Password Prompt Upon Connecting to Device

Question
-
Alright so a feature that I love about mesh is the fact that when you connect to another device within your mesh, it will log the user out and prompt you for the password in order to gain access. I have set up mesh on all of my computers at home (4). 3 of those are my kids, and one of them is mine. I was alarmed to find out though when I was on one of their computers that they could connect to my machine without the password prompt ever coming up. I've found that on half of my machines it will prompt me for the password and the other half it will not. It's the same for every machine, what I mean to say is the same machines do not prompt. All of the computers have passwords on them, and they are all running the most current version of mesh. Can anyone think of any reasons as to why this is happening!?

We are very interested in understanding this problem. We think that this might be by design in that we provide a redundant service for Live Remote connections...the problem being that the experience for you, the customer, is inconsistent at times. Rest assured that even though you are sometimes able to connect to these machines without the appearance of authentication you can only connect to machines that are already in your device list. I know this does not solve the problem of your children being able to remote into your machine without a password but if your machine is locked this would be prevented.
To verify that what we think is happening IS happening, or to determine if we have a bug or not, we will need log files from the machine that is not sending the password request...taken right after the repro happens ideally. Please send these log files to LMPREV@Microsoft.com.
Thank you!

I'll be interested in reading the Live Mesh team's reply. I am always prompted to log on to any machine in my mesh when I use Live Mesh remote functionality to connect to them.
It may be worth filing a bug on it as I don't believe that this is expected behavior- How to Submit Bugs and Live Mesh Logs

The Live Mesh team would like to investigate and check your logs. Can you please click Start, then Live Mesh under All Programs, then click Collect Live Mesh Logs and send them to lmprev@microsoft.com.
